What to do when it rains
In Quiberon :
- Visit the La Belle Iloise canning factory, located in Quiberon's artisanal zone, where you can learn more about the past of the peninsula, which once had up to 13 fish canning factories and was one of the sardine capitals.
- Visit the confectionery factory La Maison d'Armorine, located just opposite the Belle Iloise factory. Here you can find out how niniches are made, the kind of caramel lollipop typical of the peninsula.
- Visit the La Cours d'Orgères jam factory, on the left as you leave the Belle Iloise factory.
- Visit the Maison Lucas smokehouse, located in the same industrial estate as the La Belle Iloise factory. Here you can see how the fish for which the company has been famous for generations is smoked.
- Visit the Zephyr brewery, Quiberon's beer, and find out how these beers, which are almost exclusively found in Quiberon, are made.
- Visit the Musée de la mer et du patrimoine de Quiberon, where you can learn about the historical discoveries made in Quiberon.
